What you'll be doing

As the Build Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of the Mechanical Fitters, ensuring that assemblies are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. A key part of your role will be developing your team -- identifying training needs, coaching individuals, managing performance, and building a flexible, multi-skilled workforce that can adapt to customer and schedule demands.
You will champion safe working practices, lead risk assessments, enforce process discipline, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams to continually improve the build process.
