Role Overview

Position:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

5 days over 7 (including weekends), with flexibility for start/finish times
This is a

varied, hands-on role

that supports store and warehouse operations. You will work closely with management, focusing on customer service, stock control, and team coordination. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Store Presentation



Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers Resolve queries with a solution-oriented approach Maintain excellent standards of store presentation

Stock & Merchandising



Ensure all prices and signage are correct and current Monitor stock quality, levels, and expiry dates Rotate and replenish stock to minimise waste

Team Support & Training



Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members Share product knowledge and best practices Foster teamwork and clear communication

Operations & Safety



Follow hygiene, food handling, and health & safety guidelines Keep work areas tidy and hazard-free Participate in stock counts and maintain accurate records Support warehouse and other departments as needed
Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience



Supervisory or team-leading experience (advantageous) Strong organisational and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Confident working across different store areas

Personal Qualities



Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated Excellent communicator and collaborative team player Flexible with weekend and variable shifts Seeking a stable, long-term role (minimum 12 months preferred)
