Role Overview
Employment Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
5 days out of 7, including weekends - flexibility with working hours required
This is a dynamic, hands-on role working across store and warehouse functions. You'll be closely involved in daily operations, supporting customer service, stock control, and team coordination. It's well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Store Standards
Deliver friendly, professional service to all customers
Resolve customer queries efficiently and positively
Maintain high standards of store presentation
Stock Control & Merchandising
Ensure pricing and signage are accurate and up to date
Monitor stock levels, quality, and expiry dates
Rotate and replenish stock to minimise waste
Team Support & Development
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Share product knowledge and support skill development
Promote effective teamwork and communication
Operations & Safety
Adhere to food handling, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
Maintain clean, safe, and organised workspaces
Support stocktaking and collaborate with warehouse teams when needed
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Comfortable working across various areas of the store
Personal Attributes
Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
Strong communicator and team player
Flexible with working hours, including weekends
Looking for a stable, long-term position (12+ months preferred)
