Role Overview

Employment Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

5 days out of 7 (including weekends) - flexibility required
This is a hands-on position spanning both store and warehouse operations. You will support customer service, stock control, and day-to-day operations while working collaboratively within a busy team.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Store Standards

Provide friendly, professional service to all customers Handle customer queries confidently Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness

Stock Control & Merchandising

Ensure pricing and signage are accurate and up-to-date Monitor stock levels, product quality, and expiry dates Replenish and rotate stock to minimise waste

Team Support & Development

Assist with training and onboarding of new team members Share product knowledge and promote best practices Encourage teamwork and clear communication

Operations & Safety

Adhere to food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures Keep work areas safe, clean, and well-organised Support stocktaking and collaborate with warehouse colleagues

Candidate ProfileSkills & Experience

Supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred) Strong organisational and time management abilities Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable working across multiple departments

Personal Attributes

Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated Clear communicator and supportive team player Flexible with working hours, including weekends Looking for a stable, long-term role (12+ months preferred)
