Role Overview

Employment Type:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

5 days out of 7 (including weekends) - flexibility required
This is a hands-on position involving both store and warehouse operations. You will contribute to customer service, stock control, and daily store activities while working closely with a supportive and dynamic team.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Store Standards

Deliver friendly, professional service to all customers Handle customer queries confidently and effectively Maintain high standards of cleanliness and store presentation

Stock Control & Merchandising

Ensure pricing and signage are accurate Monitor stock levels, product quality, and expiry dates Replenish and rotate stock to reduce waste

Team Support & Development

Assist with training and onboarding of new staff Share product knowledge and promote best working practices Encourage teamwork and clear communication

Operations & Safety

Follow food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations Keep work areas safe, clean, and well-maintained Support stocktaking and coordinate with warehouse colleagues

Candidate ProfileSkills & Experience

Supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable working across multiple departments

Personal Attributes

Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated Clear communicator and supportive team player Flexible with working hours, including weekends Seeking a stable, long-term position (12+ months preferred)
