Role Summary

Contract:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Working Pattern:

5 days out of 7, including weekends (flexibility required)
This is a hands-on role involving work across both the shop floor and warehouse areas. You will support customer service, merchandising, stock management, and daily operations, while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Store Presentation

Deliver professional, friendly customer service Confidently handle and resolve customer enquiries Maintain clean, organised, and visually appealing store areas
Stock Management & Merchandising

Ensure pricing, labels, and signage are accurate Regularly check stock levels, quality, and expiry dates Refill shelves and rotate stock to minimise waste
Teamwork & Development

Support the training and induction of new team members Share product knowledge and promote best practices Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment
Operations & Health & Safety

Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures Keep all work areas safe, tidy, and well-maintained Assist with stocktakes and liaise with warehouse teams
Candidate RequirementsSkills & Experience

Experience supervising or guiding others (advantageous) Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Flexible and comfortable supporting different departments
Personal Qualities

Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach Willingness to work weekends and adapt to business needs Seeking a long-term position (12 months or more preferred)
