Shift patterns: Monday - Friday (06:30am - 15:30pm Mon - Thurs, with a shorter day on Friday)

We're now looking for a Team Leader on the Day shift to join our team!

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Leading a small section of the line delivery team, working hands?on to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials to support production. Carrying out weekly 1:1s, supporting colleagues with coaching, feedback, and clear direction to help them succeed. Stepping up to support the FLM when required--attending meetings, reviewing KPIs, and driving high operational and safety standards across the area.

Someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying close to the operation, and leading by example on the warehouse floor. A natural communicator who can motivate others, build strong working relationships, and keep the team focused on delivering safely and on time.
