The Role

As an Events Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver standout events across various locations. You'll play a key role in campaign execution, team coordination, and ensuring every event runs smoothly, on time, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage event teams on-site Oversee daily operations and logistics during events Ensure brand guidelines and campaign goals are met Provide team training, briefings, and motivation Troubleshoot issues and maintain a high-energy environment Liaise with event managers and senior staff for updates and feedback

Who You Are

A natural leader with strong communication skills Confident in fast-moving, people-focused environments Able to stay organised and focused under pressure Reliable, energetic, and solutions-driven Previous experience in events, promotions, or team leadership preferred
