Team Leader / Foreman
to take charge of one of our on-site installation teams, manage projects efficiently, and ensure our clients are "wowed" by the final result.
Duties
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
Leading a small installation team on high-end landscaping projects
Managing daily site operations and coordinating with the office team
Communicating confidently with clients on-site
Liaising with suppliers and requesting materials in advance
Ensuring work is completed on time, to specification, and to an exceptional standard
Maintaining a safe and organised site
Reporting progress through weekly plans and updates
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in landscaping
, including leading teams or stepping into leadership
Strong knowledge of paving, groundworks, decking, fencing, planting & general landscape construction
Confident communicator
with good problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines, site logistics, and team productivity
Full UK driving licence required
CSCS card preferred but not essential

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, typical hours 7:30am - 4:00pm
Overtime available depending on project requirements

Requirements
Proven management experience with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to lead by example and motivate teams towards achieving project milestones
Relevant qualifications in project management or related fields are desirable but not essential
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
