We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team leader to lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service and hospitality. As a Team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Duties
Supervise and manage team to ensure a well run shift
Train new team members in bar and restaurant standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with management to drive sales
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Requirements
Proven experience in supervising or managing a team within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in kitchen . Bar or restaurant role
Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
