Team Leader - The Scottish Design Exchange
We're looking for a motivated and people-focused
Team Leader
to support the smooth day-to-day running of The Scottish Design Exchange. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire the team, and help deliver excellent customer experiences while championing our values and creative community.Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support the team in line with SDX values Assist with day-to-day shop operations, including opening/closing routines Drive sales and customer service on the shop floor Make confident decisions and solve problems as they arise Delegate tasks effectively and encourage team development Promote an inclusive, welcoming and creative store culture
About You
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude Able to motivate others and work collaboratively Aligned with SDX values
Role Details
Part-time, permanent (20 hours per week) 12.90 per hour Day shifts, Monday-Friday with weekend availability
