White Widows is a 25-bedded residential home, providing exceptional support to individuals with physical disability or neurological condition.
We are looking for compassionate and skilled
Team Leaders
to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
What You'll be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the residential home
Lead and support a team of care staff
Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
Develop and implement care plans
Manage staff schedules and training
Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You'll Need
At least 2-3 + years' experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of learning disabilities and neurological conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
Must be fully flexible
