Fernside Hall is a 24 bedded service, providing exceptional support to individuals with dementia and Physical disability.
We are looking for compassionate and skilled
Team Leader
to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.What you'll be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the care home Lead and support a team of care staff Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations Develop and implement care plans Manage staff schedules and training Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You'll Need
At least 2 + years' experience as a Team Leader in a care home. Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum of NVQ3 in Health and Social Care Minimum of NVQ2 in Medication Management Must be fully flexible
Shift Pattern
: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday Saturday & Sunday / Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
