Job Description

Making sure the staff follow the company legal procedures to maintain the standards and to provide excellent customer services to keep the business profitable and successful. Answer customer enquiries and give advice about products. Lead and co-operate with other employees where needed Operate shop till and any related software for recording sales and purchases. Monitor the till and till sales frequently. Record keeping all day to day works and checking the progress of the business Ordering and receiving store deliveries Dealing with contractors, driving the sales, encouraging the co-workers.
The Store Manager has a variety of roles and responsibilities as following:

Recruits Staff, assigns tasks and monitors and reviews staff performance.

Liaises with other staff to provide information about merchandise, special promotions etc.

Ensures that adequate reserves of merchandise are held and that stock keeping.

Deals with any customer complaints.

Financial and other shop records, maintains record of all these.

Security arrangements.

Authorises payment for supplies received and decides on vending price, discount rates and credit terms.

Manages staff shifts, working rota and performance.

Sets customer service standards.

Delivers coaching and training to staff.

Ensuring all new team members are trained and developed to learn new skills to assist customer including supervisor tasks.

Dealing with any complaints & processing

Purchase products from varies places and delivered to retail store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 37,000.00-39,800.00 per year
