Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Team Leader

to join our therapeutic children's residential home in

High Wycombe

. In this vital position, you will help shape the future of vulnerable children and young people by providing consistent care, structure, and support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and emotional support Lead shifts and supervise junior team members Contribute to and implement individualised care and behaviour plans Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes for children Build strong working relationships with families, professionals, and agencies

Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) -

required

Previous experience in children's residential care -

essential

Prior leadership or shift-leading experience -

desirable

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to care A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices Full UK driving licence -

preferred
