The ESP Group are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our contact centre team on a full time, permanent basis working from our office in Hull.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of Customer Service Advisors, providing them the essential support they need to deliver an unrivalled service to our customers. With accountabilities in the day to day running of the business, as well as being a successful people manager, this role is best suited to those with demonstrable experience in a similar role and environment.
We recognise the importance of a work-life balance so offer flexible working patterns across 7 days between the hours of 7am and 10pm and the opportunity for an immediate start.
