Riva Foods are looking for an experienced and motivated

Team Leader

to join our production team. You will be responsible for leading a line to deliver the daily production plan safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while supporting and developing your team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver daily production targets and ensure all products meet customer specifications. Complete start-up checks and ensure equipment, materials and documentation are ready for production. Monitor hourly performance, resolve issues quickly and maintain strong KPI awareness. Lead, train and motivate your team to achieve high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Record labour, waste, yield and other key metrics accurately. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, CCP, GMP and customer requirements. Support product changeovers, breakdown response and continuous improvement activities. Communicate effectively with QA, Supervisors and other departments to resolve issues. Maintain audit readiness and ensure excellent housekeeping and PPE compliance.

Skills & Experience

Experience in FMCG (preferably food manufacturing). Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement. Good communication skills and confidence working with multiple departments. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office). Able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and solve problems quickly. Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to achieve).
