As team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced support workers. You will have a working knowledge of outcome-focused support. You will also be responsible for providing 24-hour support to an individual with challenging behaviour and autism, including overnight stays in the support user's home. Your duties include rota Management, Monthly Audit and Analysis, formulating and managing action plans, liaising with multiple agencies, and organising and participating in person-centred support reviews.
Previous experience in working with challenging behaviour and autism is preferred. A full driving license is required due to location.
Team Leader salary 15.23 p/hour.
