Main Purpose



Lead and supervise a team to ensure consistent delivery of high standards across the service.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring targets, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met.

Drive staff engagement, professional development, and performance management.

Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



As Team Leader, you will:

Provide effective line management, coaching, and mentoring to your team.

Set clear expectations and monitor performance against agreed objectives.

Plan and organise staff schedules to optimise productivity and meet business needs.

Manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements with accuracy and accountability.

Contribute to business audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organisations.

Play an active role in recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff training.

Promote a positive workplace culture where innovation, efficiency, and teamwork are encouraged.

About You



We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Strong knowledge of operational processes, compliance, and business standards.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.

Experience managing budgets, rotas, or resource allocation.

A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on achieving results.
