Team Leader

At Energise, we host fun and exciting short breaks for 8 -18 year old's with SEND needs across the UK.

We are currently recruiting an outstanding, experienced, and engaging Team Leader to lead our team of support workers to provide engaging, informative and hands on gaming / tech fun for our service users.

Team Leader Requirements:?

Essential:

?Minimum Level 3 Relevant Qualification in Childcare

?Previous experience working with SEND children ?Knowledge of SEND child development principles and practices ?Passion, commitment, and capability to work with SEND young people ?Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ?Can communicate professionally via E-mails and instant messaging apps. ?Can confidently use word processing software such as Microsoft-Word/ Google Docs to write reports. ?A clear criminal record and a clear DBS upon inspection. (We will provide the cost of the DBS check upon a successful application.)
