An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Kent Dependence and Recovery Team as a Team Leader.

This role offers both operational and strategic responsibility, extending beyond day-to-day management.

The post holder will oversee the effective delivery and ongoing development of the Dependence and Recovery Service across Kent. They will lead by example, fostering a professional, high-performing team culture that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered. They will analyse and manage data, identifying and contributing to innovative service development opportunities and continuous improvement activities.

Hours:

37.5 per week

Salary Range:

35,220.59 - 37,184.90*

Contract:

12 month secondment

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Join us in this unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of people involved in the criminal justice system.


Our dedicated team operates from probation offices across the whole of Kent, supporting males on probation whose offences are linked to substance use. The team consists of Coordinators and Senior Coordinators who manage a small caseload, delivering structured 1:1 and group psychosocial interventions. All people are referred directly by probation practitioners, and interventions are delivered on a fixed-term basis.

In this role, you will provide both remote and some face-to-face support to the team, assisting with the day-to-day delivery of our services, delivering supervision and supporting professional development opportunities. Strong partnerships with probation services are central to our work, so the ability to communicate and represent Change Grow Live effectively and professionally with other agencies, including at a strategic level, is essential.
