at Resolve, you'll manage day-to-day operations, motivate your team, and ensure every project meets our high standards for quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance and project goals. Coordinate daily operations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals. Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Review project results, analyse key insights, and recommend improvements.

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (marketing, events, or sales preferred). Excellent communication, organization, and people-management skills.
