Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our packing production lines.
Duties
Supervise production operatives to ensure all tasks are being completed to specification Ensuring that the biscuits are made to customer specification, on time, efficiently Completion of relevant paperwork Carrying out relevant quality checks Motivation of the team Ensuring food safety and H&S rules are followed
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing would be an advantage
Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 07:00-17:15
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
