What you'd be doing in this role
Lead a shift team on a 4 on 4 off operation
Coordinate emergency response efforts, liaising with law enforcement, emergency services, and reporting information to statutory bodies.
Conduct regular knowledge tests for all team members to ensure ongoing competence in crisis management and security monitoring
Ensure all team members adhere to regulatory and company policies and are reported in prompt and efficient manner
Ensure team members are inducted and trained to the required standard
Ensure team members adhere to the NSI and ISO standards
Monitor teams' performance through daily and weekly KPI'S & SOP
Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient shift coverage
Carry our administration duties such as preparing rotas, holidays, absence management and recording details on the HR systems
Ensure all documentation is being managed to adhere to company audits
Ensure all team members are adhering to company Health & Safety policies and procedures
Cover in the absence of other team leaders as and when required
At a glance: the qualifications we'll be looking for
Team Leader or Supervisory experience in an ARC or Security environment or similar role in a fast-moving environment
Able to work 4 on 4 off shifts on a rolling basis either nights or days.
Must have experience of dealing with critical incidents and management of incident debriefs
Must have experience of CCTV systems, fire panels and alarm systems
SIA CCTV Licence - Essential
Experience of NSI and ISO Standards
Must be competent in Microsoft packages, with the ability to learn inhouse systems specific to iFacility software
Have experience of managing a team of 4 to 8 members
Experience of identifying and implementing training & development requirements
Experience of working with retailers, service providers and emergency services to build on customer relations
Excellent written or verbal communication skills
Experience of people management skills
Demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, able to work within a pressurised environment and sharing knowledge and experience with your team
Ability to forward plan, respond to customers' needs in timely and efficient manner
Demonstrate ability to implement and follow company policies and procedures
Able to work 4 on 4 off shifts on a rolling basis either nights or days.

37.5 hours a week, with a 60-minute unpaid break per day. This will be flexible working as you may be required to work additional hours, as necessitated by the needs of the business including weekends and public holidays or at time outside your normal working hours
