About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Team Leader - Nursing Home

to join our care team in High Wycombe. In this role, you will lead and support care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. Lead handovers, allocate duties, and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with personal care, mobility, and continence support. Administer medication and support clinical care tasks. Promote emotional well-being through meaningful engagement and companionship. Monitor residents' health and respond to emergencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment. Collaborate with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and CQC standards.

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it). Experience in a senior care role within a care home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, and CQC standards. A caring, respectful, and team-oriented approach.
