What You'll be Doing

Managing a dedicated team to deliver quality work to enable on time shipments. Planning work and maintaining an efficient work flow, Liaising with other team leaders and the Production Manager, to make sure that the week's production targets can be met. Monitoring quality and training where appropriate Maintaining standard operating procedures and health and safety standards across the department, Ensuring both B2B and B2C orders have the required stock available to be shipped out on time and correctly Managing the shipping team to enable on time and efficient shipments Using various systems to enable accurate tracking of work, stock control and shipments. Reporting accurate data to the Production Manager Working with the team to strategise for success

What we're looking for

Previous experience, in either a team leader, supervisor or assistant manager role An agile thinker, able to prioritise work when needed. Great organisational and time management skills Ability to up skill quickly and effectively Computer literate, preferably with some experience of shipping processes A team player A great communicator Some previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly or shipping setting preferred

What we offer

Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm

Friday 7.30am to 2.00pm
