This role can only be performed from Knutsford site.
To be successful as a Team Leader you should have experience with:
Able to work shifts (10am to 2pm Monday to Friday).
Experience in leading teams with 8 to 12 people.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Leadership/Managing a team.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and within the team.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Previous knowledge/experience within financial service would be beneficial.
Ability to adapt to change.
Problem Solving.
