We are looking for a Team Leader (Performance Coach) to join our innovative Operations Team in Scarborough!

As a Performance Coach you will be responsible for the following:
Managing a team of up 10-15 Customer Services Advisors
Responsible for mentoring and developing individuals and teams. You will be the first point of call for any work related or personal issues.
In addition to people management, you will be a key stakeholder and driver in understanding and improving client performance.
