We have an opening for a experienced Team Leader / Personal Injury Solicitor to join our RTA Team.

We're looking for a self-driven, professional and ambitious team leader / personal injury solicitor who is able to lead a team and work on their own initiative. The ideal candidate must possess great interpersonal skills with a key focus on delivering great customer service, every customer, every time. The ideal candidate must be able to work and manage a case load of pre-litigation and litigated personal injury and credit hire files along.

The vacancy is available to experienced qualified solicitors with a proven record of managing a case load RTA files with credit hire. The ideal candidate must have experience in the relevant areas of law with at least 12 months unsupervised case management experience.

Key Tasks

Managing a team

Handle a full caseload of Pre-Litigated and litigated matters.

Handle a caseload of Fast Track and Multitrack cases

Have experience of handling OIC/MOJ cases

Comply with tight deadlines

Be able to work independently

Need to demonstrate that they can cope well under pressure

Be able to build strong relationships with clients

Meet realistic Quarterly and Monthly targets

Essential Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required

Ability to manage a team

Experience with Fast Track and Multitrack

Experience with OIC/MOJ/Pre-litigation and litigated cases

Must have extensive Personal Injury experience.

Experience of meeting Deadlines.

Ideally have current experience of handling a large caseload of RTA matters including credit hire files and some litigation experience.

Have previous experience of using a Case Management System

Be able to work off a task list

Have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines

Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls

Undertaking periodic reviews of files in line with Client requirements

Updating reports

Meeting agreed performance targets

Have an understanding of case law Pre-action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules

Have an understanding of credit hire case law.

Proficient IT skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 37,000.00-45,000.00 per year
