Deliciously Ella's mission is to help people eat real food again, with more plants, more of the time. We are growing fast and we're looking for talented, passionate, purpose-led people who share in our mission to help us get there.

Every day, we work to cultivate positive change, sharing delicious, natural, plant-based recipes and food products with the aim of building the world's leading plant-based platform. Starting from a recipe website, the business has evolved into a restaurant, a range of plant-based food products, an app, a collection of bestselling recipe books and a growing social media community that sits at the heart of what we do.

We launched our first food products in 2016 and have since launched a wide range of products across different categories. We work with all the major grocers and OOH retailers across the UK. We also have a growing international business in the US and Europe.

Working at Deliciously Ella

We have around 75 team members across two sites. Our factory site near Milton Keynes produces some of our best-loved products like our energy balls, caramel cups, nut butter bites and dipped nuts. Our Head Office is based in the heart of central London, on Tottenham Court Road, and this is where our Leadership Team work, alongside our Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and People teams.

Purpose of the role

To work on the line and lead the team when required as supervisor cover Reporting to the supervisor, assisting with leading and training the operatives Understand how the factory machinery and equipment works, with a willingness to learn more and assisting with breakdowns. Setting up production line at the start of each shift. Managing time efficiently, delegating tasks when needed. Completion of appropriate paperwork to high standard Communicate to all levels of staff in a professional and warm manner. Promote a positive team culture Conduct training on all production, packing and cleaning tasks. Attend daily manager handover meetings.


Monday-Friday - PM Shift (3pm-12am, 4pm-1am or 5pm-2am).#

Your team

You'll report to our PM Supervisor, and will work alongside our other team of Team Leaders, to maintain standards in the factory and promote a positive, high performance culture.

What you will bring (skills and experience)

Similar experience in a FMCG industry -

Essential

Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRC, GMP). Strong awareness of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing setting. Basic mechanical or technical knowledge (useful for troubleshooting machinery issues). Good written and oral communication Problem solving abilities Ability to work as part of a team Time management skills
