As part of our Promotional & Local Marketing Team, you'll lead three Promotional Marketing Executives, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all collateral to support our shoppers and retailers.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Promotional & Local Marketing team, overseeing day-to-day operations, workflows, and effective traffic management of all inbound and active jobs.
Line manage and support the professional development of team members.
Continuously improve team processes/procedures with support from your line manager.
Implement, track, and manage KPIs to ensure team performance.
Own the delivery and processes for period-by-period promotional marketing and local marketing initiatives across all Bestway Retail convenience brands.
Ensure effective workflow project management to deliver high-quality, accurate work.
Manage the day-to-day operations, including the production of B2B & B2C promotional materials and the coordination with print partners.
Support development and management of design direction and local marketing assets.
Manage the budget for promotional and local marketing activities
Coordinate production of promotional materials from briefing to final artwork sign-off.
Create detailed artwork briefs and ensure high standards are maintained.
Proof documents, copy, and images with exceptional attention to detail.
Plan and organise promotional implementation, including high-level POS production.
Oversee the creation of brochureware and ad-hoc literature to drive retailer wholesale sales and facilitate colleague communications.

Knowledge & Experience
Promotional Marketing:
Expertise in planning and executing promotional marketing campaigns.
Design & Production:
Familiarity with design and production processes.
Agency Coordination:
Experience managing relationships with agencies.
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
Market Research:
Skilled in conducting market research and presenting results.
Data Management:
Competent in handling and analysing data.
Process Improvement:
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Budget Management:
Experience working within and managing budgets.

English Fluency:
Excellent written and spoken English.
