37 hours per week



We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to drive the projects and programmes being delivered by the regeneration team at Bridgend Council.



The Strategic Regeneration Group's work is focussed on bringing positive change within Bridgend County Borough. The Team has a reputation for delivering ambitious and complex projects and supports partners to engage in and deliver a wider programme of regeneration.



You will work with colleagues across Southeast Wales, Welsh Government and other government and specialist agencies to deliver regeneration programmes and learn from best practice. You will be responsible for leading on town centre development and building partnerships with landowners and external investors to develop joint schemes to deliver physical renewal in priority areas.



The successful candidate will oversee multi-million-pound programmes and projects, on site and in development. You will have the necessary expertise and a track record to provide leadership and guidance to a strong team of staff and communicate effectively with colleagues, local members, partners and the public.
