Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise moving crews on residential and commercial relocation jobs, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Plan, coordinate, and strategise daily moving schedules, vehicle loading plans, and job sequencing to maximise productivity and minimise delays. Act as the main point of contact for clients on the day of the move, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving any issues professionally. Deliver exceptional service that aligns with company marketing, sales, and customer service standards to ensure a consistently positive customer experience. Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and materials are used correctly and maintained throughout each job. Monitor job quality and performance in real time, addressing any issues immediately to maintain service excellence. Train, guide, and motivate team members to perform at their best, setting clear expectations and leading by example. Identify and implement new, more efficient methods to complete jobs faster, safer, and with reduced physical risk. Maintain accurate job records, including timekeeping, client sign-off, damages, and feedback. Uphold all workplace health and safety regulations and ensure team compliance at all times.

Pay: 8.54-16.00 per hour

Experience:

Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred) Driving: 1 year (preferred)
