We're looking for an experienced, inspiring

Team Leader

to join one of our Ofsted-registered Therapeutic Children's Homes in Crewe.

, you'll be part of a growing team that provides nurturing, trauma-informed care to children and young people aged 5-18 with emotional and behavioural needs.


As a key member of our team, you'll guide and support your shift team while creating safe, structured environments where children can thrive.

What you'll be doing:

Providing warm, consistent care in line with safeguarding & therapeutic practices

Supporting education, routines, and emotional development

Promoting life skills - cooking, budgeting, independence

Leading shifts, supervising colleagues, and role modelling best practice

? Supporting home operations - logs, reports, and regulatory compliance

Working closely with families, social workers, and external partners

What you'll bring:

A

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Previous experience in residential childcare Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Confidence in managing challenging situations and supporting complex needs A real commitment to child-centred, therapeutic care

Shift Pattern:

2 days on, 4 days off

(10 shifts/10 sleep-ins per month)

Includes
