The Role

We are seeking passionate, experienced, and motivated

Team Leaders

to join our incredible team. As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of children and young people by:

Providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Leading and inspiring a team of residential support workers to deliver the highest level of care. Supporting children and young people in achieving their full potential. Upholding the wishes and feelings of children in all decision-making processes.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

An

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare

(or equivalent).

Experience working with children and young people

in a residential setting. A

passion for making a difference

in the lives of others. The

energy and resilience

to embrace the exciting challenges of residential childcare. A desire for a

career with purpose, passion, and progression.
