Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Team Leader to provide essential support to individuals in our Children homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Team leading and be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those they assist.

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with Children and young people and their families to understand and implement care plans
- Provide leadership and supervision in delivering care services
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting

Experience

- Experience in senior care or a similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with supervising or leading a team is beneficial
- Knowledge of care home procedures and regulations is desirable
