Main duties of the job
Your focus as Team Leader will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities will include leading in the person-centred care planning process, assisting in the smooth transition of any discharges from the home, and monitoring the well-being of each resident.
