We're now looking for a Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations within our Aston Martin contract in St Athan. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and quality in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You will lead a team of operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with client expectations.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

basic warehousing picking and packing basic delegation of tasks running a small team with regular 1:1's customer liaison

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have had experience in a management role Be able to deal effectively with customers Experience in a team based role MHE competency is a must Strong comminication skills
