We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Team Leader

to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive culinary and restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leaf a team, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to a vibrant dining atmosphere. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with supervisory experience and a background in hospitality.

Duties

Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, ensuring smooth daily operations Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards Manage food safety protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements Coordinate food production processes to ensure timely service during busy periods Assist with training new team members in food handling, safety, and customer service skills Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring excellent customer experiences Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas Support the management team in implementing operational policies and procedures Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Experience in food safety standards and compliance Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Familiarity with food production processes and service routines such as serving is advantageous Previous roles involving culinary experience or restaurant management are highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
