Job Summary:
As the FOH Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Your role is crucial in supporting management and acting as a link between staff and senior leadership.

Customer Service & Experience:
Ensure all guests receive excellent service and a warm welcome.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Ensure the team maintains a clean, presentable, and well-organized front-of-house
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.00-15.00 per hour
