As a Team Leader, you'll be hands-on in supervising warehouse activities from managing workflow and maintaining stock integrity to promoting Health & Safety and HACCP awareness across your shift. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee reporting, handling, and storage of returned, damaged, or quarantined pallets.

People Management

Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse operatives to achieve targets and uphold standards. Deploy staff efficiently based on workflow and operational priorities. Conduct regular shift briefs to communicate performance expectations, safety focus, and daily objectives. Monitor performance using Logis tools and implement corrective actions when needed. Support training and development plans to ensure team members have the right skills for succession planning.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure all compliance requirements are met (key control, radio logs, MHE pre-op checks, etc.). Complete non-conformance logs and communicate issues to the stock team and customers. Maintain pallet tracking systems and ensure all trackers are up to date. Check product quality to meet Health & Safety, BRC, and customer standards. Ensure correct end-of-shift handovers and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
