Has exceptional barista skills:

You're a master of extraction, dial-ins, and can consistently produce delicious, high-quality coffee. Your

latte art

is not just good, it's a showstopper - a testament to your precision and passion.

Demonstrates proven coffee shop experience:

You've successfully navigated the fast-paced environment of a coffee shop and understand its unique demands.

Is a natural leader:

You can

manage and motivate a small team with warmth and professionalism

, inspiring them to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

Understands coffee shop operations:

From rota's, inventory management and scheduling systems to maintain a pristine environment
