What makes this role special

You'll lead and inspire a care team to provide exceptional, person-centered support. You'll help build a safe, nurturing home environment where independence thrives. You'll be a vital part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and about making life better every single day.

Your day-to-day will include

:

Coordinating rotas and mentoring team members Supporting with personal care, medication, and clinical needs Communicating with family, health professionals, and the Care Manager Sharing in your client's life, from daily routines to exciting getaways

Shifts:

Days: 8am8pm Nights: 8pm8am Full-time: 36+ hours/week Weekend availability required
