About you

It is beneficial to have experience of healthcare work and experience in a team leader role. You are to hold a QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or working alongside a Level 3 QCF, we do provide full training along side. As long as you're passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you'll fit right in.

Driving and use of own car is essential.

Welsh speaking is preferable.

Community Support Worker

A Star Support Services are seeking

Team Leaders/Support Workers

to support adults and children who may have emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. This role requires care and passion, reliability, sympathetic towards clients, to promote independence, to be non-judgemental, to have charisma and to give the best quality of care for our clients.

The Role is a 24 hour service, weekdays and weekends, including sleep ins and waking nights, shift and rota base, in a supported living accommodation or in their own homes.

28 days holiday including bank holidays. Double pay for bank holiday work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 15.50 per hour
