We are looking for full time Team Leader required for a supported living service in the Waterlooville area. Our service provides support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health problems and acquired brain injury to promote their independence and quality of life. Must be flexible and able to work some weekends, if you are interested please contact us for further information.

This position will initially involve working within our residential service working as a Team Leader within our supported living program.

At Chessel Support Services, we support residents who have mental health needs with every day, independent living within their own homes. You will support them to cook, clean, access the community, attend activities, shopping, gardening, bill paying and medical appointments. A person-centered care plan is in place for each individual to enable them to live life as independently as possible. This is an incredibly rewarding job for the right applicant.

The right applicant will have at least two years of experience within the care industry and possess a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, and be willing to undertake NVQ4. No need to be a car driver or have your own vehicle as you will work in one property. All staff also receive a complimentary gym membership. Applicants must be willing to provide references with past employers and an enhanced disclosure check. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, paid for by the company.
