```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Train new team members on proper food handling, preparation, and service techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Assist in the development of menus, recipes, and special promotions

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of bartending or culinary skills is a plus

Pay: 25,028.64 per year
