We are now recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to lead and support one of our supported living packages supporting Service Users in Telford.

The main functions of this role are:

To lead and manage support services that enable people to live their lives in their own home within the community.

To ensure accurate records are regularly reviewed and maintained.

To ensure the support team operate in a safe and professional approach providing a quality service to people we support.

To be on-call for the service on a rota basis

Build and maintain effective working relationships with key members of the team.

Staying connected with service user families.

Supervision for care package support workers.

Audits

work in a shift pattern with the care team

Pay: 13.05 per hour

Experience:

providing care: 2 years (preferred) supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving License (required) NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
