39 hours per week (5 days over 7)

Quarriers Finnart Street Service is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, values-driven individual to join our team as a

Team Leader

. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on leadership experience in a warm, inclusive residential care setting, while making a real difference in people's lives.


This role is ideal for someone with

senior care experience

who is looking to grow their skills and take on more responsibility. You'll receive strong support from an experienced management team and have access to internal development opportunities.

About the Service




Finnart Street is a small, homely residential service in

Greenock

, supporting six individuals with

epilepsy and/or learning disabilities

. We promote

independence, choice, and inclusion

, encouraging everyone to engage with their community and pursue activities and goals that matter to them -- from college and work placements to baking, cinema trips and more.


We follow

The Keys to Life framework

, ensuring each individual has a strong voice in how their care is delivered, including through regular resident meetings.

The Role



Full-time

- 39 hours per week across

5 days over 7

Direct support

included (minimum 1 day per week)

Sleepover shifts available

Shared on-call rota

(3-4 days per month) Includes some

evening and weekend work

Opportunity to

, support staff development, and help shape the service Work closely with the management team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
This is a hands-on role with real impact - you'll be actively involved in delivering support while guiding and motivating a small, committed team.

What We're Looking For



Senior experience

in the care sector (essential)

SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care

(desirable - or willingness to work towards) Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills A positive, values-led approach A

driver

is desirable but not essential
