Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Manage and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and service excellence. End of day cashing up. Foster a collaborative environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous. Experience as a barista or knowledge of beverage preparation is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy environment. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both staff and customers positively.
