The Hatch Camphill Community is a supported living provider where adults with learning disabilities and autism are supported to fulfil their potential within a beautiful community setting. We are looking for an experienced, caring and motivated individual to lead a team of dedicated support workers.

About you

Deputy Team Leaders at The Hatch work alongside the Team Leaders to plan the delivery of support to the residents, ensuring there are up to date care plans and risk assessments. Previous experience of working within a supported living or care setting with adults with learning disabilities is essential. As the successful candidate, you would have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in social care, or be willing to work towards this, and a good working knowledge of safeguarding, person centred support and care planning. You will have good communication skills with the ability to organise, supervise and guide a team of support workers, and good computer skills.
